Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
Here are answers to some common questions I hear from parents so you can register with peace of mind. Don’t see your question here? Reach out via my Contact Form above. I’m happy to help!
- How do I register my child for camp? Easy! Just click the “Register Now” button at the bottom of the page and fill out the form. Once your form is received, you’ll get a confirmation email with payment instructions and next steps.
- What is included in the camp fee? All materials and supplies are included—no need to bring anything but a water bottle and clothes that can get messy! Students also take home all their finished projects.
- Can siblings attend the same camp? If they fall within the same age group—absolutely! If they’re in different age groups, we recommend signing them up for the camp that best suits their age and interest level.
- Where is the studio located? Most camps are held at my home studio in Gilbert, AZ (cross streets will be shared after registration). When possible, I also offer pop-up sessions in other locations—including outdoor or travel-based camps. Each camp listing will note the location details so you know exactly where your session will be held.
- Do parents need to provide supplies? I provide all art materials. Students are encouraged to bring a water bottle and to wear clothes they can get messy in.
- What’s your cancellation/ refund policy? Cancellations made at least 7 days before the first day of camp will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 7 days are non-refundable, but may be eligible for a credit toward a future workshop if the spot can be filled.
- Will there be a student showcase or art display at the end of camp? We’ll have a mini “gallery walk” on the last day of each camp where students can show off their work and parents are welcome to come early for pickup to see the magic!
- What if my child has special needs or allergies? Please note any special considerations on your registration form. I’ll reach out if I have any questions and will do my best to accommodate within the scope of the camp setting.
- What are the drop-off and pick-up procedures? Please plan to arrive no more than 5 minutes before camp starts and pick up promptly when camp ends. Out of respect for our neighborhood and studio schedule, we kindly ask that you do not arrive early or linger in front of the home before or after camp. If you’re running late for pickup, please text me as soon as possible. A $10 late pickup fee may be added if students are not picked up within 15 minutes of camp ending. Thank you for helping us keep everything flowing smoothly!
