Hi, I’m Cori Jo, and I bake small-batch cookies, brownies, and breads right here in Gilbert, AZ. My kitchen is full of joy, chocolate, and a whole lot of heart — and I’m so happy to share it with you.

From melt-in-your-mouth cookies to to-die-for brownies, from cream-filled whoopie pies to smooth-as-silk chocolates — every batch is baked small and shared with love. And when the sourdough loaves come out of the oven? Well, you’ll want to be first in line.
  • Cookies – Crispy edged, chewy-in-the-middle cookies, baked big and bold
  • Brownies & Bars – Rich, fudgy brownies and bars; absolutely decadent
  • Whoopie Pies – Cream-filled, soft, and utterly crave-worthy
  • Breads – Handcrafted sourdough loaves and bakes made with heart
  • Candies & Confections – Smooth-as-silk chocolates and nostalgic sweets

A Little About Me

Hi, I’m Cori Jo — artist, planner designer, and the hands and heart behind Cori Jo’s Kitchen.

I’ve loved baking my whole life, and some of my favorite recipes are the ones that have been passed down through generations. There’s something special about mixing up a batch of cookies or pulling a loaf of bread from the oven — it calms me, fills my home with joy, and connects me to the people I love.

Every batch is made by hand in my cottage kitchen, using real ingredients and plenty of care. If you’ve found your way here because a friend shared a cookie, a brownie, or a box of treats — welcome. I hope it brings a smile to your day and a little taste of home.
