Ordering is simple — everything’s baked in small batches so you get fresh, homemade flavor every time. Whether you’re grabbing a few freezer treats or reserving your spot for the next drop, here’s what to do:

For Weekly Drops
  1. Check the menu above to see what’s baking this week.
  2. Place your order by Wednesday at 8 PM using the Order Form or send me a DM on Instagram @corijos.artisankitchen
  3. Pickup your order in Gilbert, AZ on Friday between 3-5 PM or Saturday between 10 AM-12 PM.
    • Exact address shared after your order is confirmed.
For “Ready When You Are” Freezer Treats
  1. Message to confirm availability – I’ll let you know what’s freshly stocked.
  2. Schedule a pickup time that works best for you.
  3. Enjoy anytime – thaw, serve, and savor!

Hi, I’m Cori Jo — artist, planner designer, and the hands (and heart) behind Cori Jo’s Artisan Kitchen.

Baking has been part of my life for as long as I can remember. Some of my favorite recipes are the ones passed down through generations — the kind that carry family stories and fill the house with comfort.

There’s just something grounding about mixing up a batch of cookies or pulling a warm loaf from the oven. It calms me, brings joy to my home, and keeps me connected to the people I love.
